Return Period:

You may request a return within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received. Items that were opened, dropped, exposed to heat, or got wet are not eligible for return.

 

Authorization Required:

Please email info@yourkosherphone.com before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

Shipping:

Shipping is free. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within several business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed.

To request a refund or exchange:

Please email info@yourkosherphone.com to request a refund or exchange and follow the instructions sent there. 

Do NOT return the item to the manufacturer or we will not be able to process the refund/exchange.
